Born Amon Masumba on the 4th of January 1986.
Dj Shooter has been on the decks while he was still in secondary school since the year 2000. Club scene veteran Dj Shooter is known for he’s unique mixing and remixing style and also for being the first DJ to start mixing Videos in Zambia.
In 2008 Dj shooter graduated from Technics Dj School in South Africa with the ambition of setting up he’s own Dj School in Zambia. In 2010 he opened a Dj School in Olympia Lusaka Zambia and taught from he’s own bedroom. Because the response wasn’t as accepted Dj shooter decided to put the Dj school on hold so that he could finish he’s studies in Computer Science at Evelyn Hone College and Computer Networking at the University of Zambia.
In 2013 he partnered with an old friend of he’s Dj David M a Radio/TV Presenter at ZNBC and MISA AWARD winning journalist. Together they opened a school called Media Campus were they train youths in unpopular media courses which other media colleges do not offer, courses like radio production, Djing and TV production.
fast forward 2018 Dj Shooter has been out of the country for sometimes now busy working on his skills outside Zambian, but now his back in Zambia to give out the you never imagine ,Dj Shooter is one of the DJ IN Zambia who has showed a strength and class mixing since 200 to 2018 that most of the rest of the world can admire.
