Wezi, Tio, Sampa The Great & Ben Blazer Have Been Nominated At The GRAMMYS
Wezi, Tio, Sampa The Great & Ben Blazer, have made history as they become the first Zambian Artistes to be nominated at The Grammy Awards as a featured artiste.
This is so, because the Albums they featured in have been nominated meaning when it win, they will have a Grammy to their name. Thats big right? Yeah, we are all excited.
The Wezi featured on a Reggae album by Jamaican Star “Etana“ while Tio Nason, Sampa The Great and Ben Blazer featured on the legendary Aangeliquekidjo!
The album where Wezi featured on is called “Pamoja” and has been nominated in the Category for “Best Reggae Album“. The album also features the likes of Vybz Kartel, Damian Marley, Stonebwoy among others. In the category, Etana is up against the likes of Spice, Soja, Sean Paul, Jesse Royal whose albums also got nominated.
Mother Nature is the title give to the album which enlists of Tio Nason, Sampa The Great and Ben Blazer and it also features Burna Boy, Yemi Alade, Mr Eazi, Salif Keita Official Fan Page, EarthGang, GhettoBoy, Blue Lab Beats, Shungudzo, Lionel Loueke, and Kel P!
