Dear David kazadi Warmest Greetings to you my Good sir..I wish to register my displeasure with how you have handled people that have come to audition for the Icon Zambia..your choice of words leaves much to be desired!! Do you realize the gravity of certain things you say to those people?first of all you speak on top of the other Judges,you cut them off and never allow them to speak or give their opinions or advise to contestants which makes everyone wonder why you have two other people beside you if you can do it alone..you talk too much!! Have you looked at how other counties do the real thing? It’s with respect for everyone on the panel not one person doing everything like you do..why don’t you just remove yourself from the panel and have other people do the judging while you remain in the background as the Executive producer that you are..again I say this from a place of love and concern also I feel bad for the contestants and the other Judges..otherwise the Program is a good one and congratulations!!
